WIPO PROOF: Trusted Digital Evidence

Developed by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the UN agency specialized in intellectual property, this was a project with many moving parts. In unison with the development of the WIPO PROOF platform, there was a need to develop a unique graphic design, look and feel that could translate across a variety of components, from the platform itself to sales and marketing material and social media.

A series of silhouettes, combined with a unique digital fingerprint, was developed and became the visual hallmark of the service. It was adopted for all marketing communications and became an effective and visually eye-catching vehicle for a complete digital and social media campaign across Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.

In the run up to the launch of the service, a teaser campaign ran for 2 months, building intrigue and engaging WIPO followers with clever messaging. The campaign met with a great deal of success and, despite a virtual launch in the middle of a global pandemic, helped to engage over 2,000 users from across 114 countries within the first three months after its launch.
