Perfect lighting in the service of sculpture

Our mandate: a stunning shot of a statue on the Geneva quays, dramatically integrated into an outdoor setting. Our solution? Multi-flash.

In this photographic technique, the photographer lights the subject from many angles to obtain many shots with the best light for each element of the object. In post-production, the subject is cropped and then recomposed by literally painting the light with a graphic palette. It can then be superimposed on the new setting.
This technique gives amazing results, ranging from the surreal to the subtle.
